  • Children and baby's clothes
  • Children's shoes
  • Light toys such as stuffed animals, tiny cars and footballs
  • English books for children and adolescent teens
  • Hand towels

 

What we wont accept

  • Thick winter clothing such as quilted overalls
  • Winter shoes or rubber boots
  • Broken or dirty donations

Mikäli sinulta löytyy jotain lahjoitettavaa, ota meihin yhteyttä! Otamme lahjoituksia vastaan Tallipihan myymälässämme tai Tampereen toimistollamme, mutta vierailemme ajoittain myös muissa kaupungeissa esimerkiksi torimarkkinoiden yhteydessä. Joissain tapauksissa myös lahjoitusten nouto onnistuu.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE DONATIONS?

When we recieve a donation, we first check its condition. Clean and unbroken donations are packed in vacuum bags for delivery. We hope that all donations would be clened and in moderate condition, because we don't have resources to fix things. Broken textiles are recycled accordingly.

Nepaliin päästyämme toimitamme lahjoitukset niitä tarvitseville yhteistyökohteidemme kautta. Tällä hetkellä työskentelemme Pocharichaurin vuoristokylässä sijaitsevan Shree Mahadevin ala-asteen, Koselin katulasten koulun sekä Kathmandun lastensairaalan hyväksi. Tämän lisäksi jaamme lahjoitustavaroita vähävaraisille paikallisilla temppeleillä.
